INGRÉDIENTS (1 portion)

  • 200g chou blanc

  • 2 carottes

  • 50g fromage blanc (3% matière grasse)

  • 1 c.a.c. moutarde de Dijon

  • 1 c.a.s. vinaigre balsamique

  • sel, poivre

RECETTES

  1. Coupe finement le chou et rape la carotte et met le tout dans un saladier.

  2. Dans un bol, mélange le fromage blanc, la moutarde, le vinaigre balsamique, le sel et le poivre.

  3. Ajoute la sauce aux légumes et remue bien le tout.
